Cancellation Policy
To cancel within 24 hours, please call us directly. 734-417-6145<br><br> Cancellations may be made without charge more than 24 hours before your scheduled session time. Cancellations less than 24 hours before need to be done via phone or text.<br> Late cancellations of one on one services (those within a 24 hour window prior to your session with one of our therapists/coaches) will require a 50% cancellation fee to be paid before any further sessions of any kind may be attended.<br><br> Not showing up to a session without notification will result in a charge for the **FULL service amount or forfeiture of a prepaid session**.<br>Please respect your therapists need to make a living, and plan/notify us ahead of time.
