Service Description

This is a detailed hands on course of how to treat specific fiber directions of psoas and iliacus. Starting with which one(s) and why to treat them. Course will cover anatomy, neurology, referral pain, contraindications, and modalities such as NMT, Pin and Stretch, Active release of different sections of this hip flexor group. Including how to test it, stretch and activate them. A MUST HAVE tool in your tool box.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before need to be done via phone or text.<br> Late cancellations of one on one services (those within a 24 hour window prior to your session with one of our therapists/coaches) will require a 50% cancellation fee to be paid before any further sessions of any kind may be attended.<br><br> Not showing up to a session without notification will result in a charge for the **FULL service amount or forfeiture of a prepaid session**.<br>Please respect your therapists need to make a living, and plan/notify us ahead of time. Repeat offenders will be denied the ability to book in the future.<br><br> We understand that emergencies happen, please feel free to have a conversation with us about the circumstances.
